Mary Louise Streep, nota come Meryl Streep (Summit, 22 giugno 1949), è un’attrice statunitense. Riconosciuta unanimemente come una delle maggiori star di Hollywood, la Streep detiene il record di candidature ai Premi Oscar, 21 in totale, più di ogni altro attore o attrice nella storia, vincendo come Migliore Attrice Non Protagonista per “Kramer contro Kramer” (1979), e Migliore Attrice Protagonista per “La scelta di Sophie” (1982) e per “The Iron Lady” (2011).
